The Social Vouchers International Association (SVIA) is an international not-for-profit association (AISBL) established in Belgium in 2017 with the aim of promoting the social vouchers’ industry at European and international levels.

Its objective is performed through
- The provision of tools and advice to its members
- An advocacy activity towards external stakeholders at the European and international levels
- Partnerships and common actions with relevant representative bodies
- The launch/publication of studies and surveys
SVIA offers several range of services according to the nature of its members’ needs
National level
- Advice on all public affairs related issuesstrategy, action plan, analysis of regulation, assistance in drafting supports documents (position papers, Q&A), participation in the institutional meetings, monitoring, stakeholders mapping, communication tools
- Assistance in performing social and economic studiescontacts with researchers, insights on the definition of scenario and on the implementation of qualitative and quantitative surveys’ questionnaires, summary and key figures
- Administrative support for national issuers associationstatutes, good practices, business ethic & transparence, cooperation and communication between members
EU and International level
- Monitoring of institutional activities and mapping of stakeholders
- Definition of a public affairs strategy and action plandrafting of common positions, organization of meetings with relevant stakeholders, organization of events, definition of institutional communication tools
- Launch of social and economic studies
- Development of partnerships
